   On page 3, line 10, after "sprawl," insert the following:

"required payment of sales and use taxes on purchases of new farm machinery,"

EFFECT: Adds "required payment of sales and use taxes on purchases of new farm machinery" as another factor for the Office of Farmland Preservation to include in its authorized analysis of agricultural land declines, retention and viability.
