   On page 2, beginning on line 6, strike all of section 2.

   Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

   Correct the title.

EFFECT: Directs the Department of Health to collect specialty clinic fees for births not funded by Department of Social and Health Services programs. Removes the direction to include the cost of specialty clinic fees in medical assistance payments.
