   On page 1, line 5, after "disposition" insert "entered for any class C felonies, gross misdemeanor or misdemeanor offenses"

   On page 1, line 9, after "penalty" insert ", or reduce the term of detention, community supervision, or restitution that was previously ordered"

EFFECT: Limits the disposition orders that may be modified to only offenses that are class C felonies, gross misdemeanors, or misdemeanors.

Prohibits the court from modifying the order of disposition to reduce detention, community supervision or restitution.
