   ";

   (d) The executive director of the puget sound regional council, or his designee; and

   (e) The chief executive officer of Sound Transit, or her designee"

EFFECT: Adds two members to the regional governance task force as follows: the executive director of the Puget Sound Regional Council and the Chief Executive Officer of Sound Transit.
