   On page 1, line 2 of the amendment, after "(iv)" strike all text through "disclosure." on line 7 of the amendment and insert the following:

   "Evidence furnished as the showing of interest in support of any representation petition or motion for intervention filed under this section shall be exempt from disclosure under chapter 42.56 RCW."

EFFECT: Makes bargaining authorization cards and other evidence furnished as the showing of interest exempt from disclosure.
