   On page 2, beginning on line 37 of the striking amendment, strike all of subsections (a), (b), and (c)

   On page 4, at the beginning of line 5 of the striking amendment, strike "(d) The workgroup shall" and insert "The joint task force shall also"

   On page 4, line 8 of the striking amendment, after "settings. The" strike "workgroup" and insert "task force"

   On page 4, at the beginning of line 12 of the striking amendment, strike "workgroup" and insert "task force"

   On page 4, at the beginning of line 15 of the striking amendment, strike "workgroup" and insert "task force"

   On page 4, line 33 of the striking amendment, strike all of subsection (11) and insert the following:

   "(11) With respect to subsection (8) of this section, the task force shall report its findings and recommendations to the governor and appropriate legislative committees by December 30, 2007."

EFFECT: Deletes provisions establishing a workgroup, and directs the Joint Legislative and Executive Task Force on Long-Term Care Financing and Chronic Care Management to conduct the evaluation of current training requirements.
