   On page 3, beginning on line 11, after "notify" strike all material through "revoked" on line 13, and insert "the superintendent of public instruction if a public school bus driver has had a new moving violation, or any court or departmental action has entered on his or her driving record"

EFFECT: Requires the Department of Licensing to inform the Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction, instead of all school districts, if a public school bus driver has a new moving violation, any court action, or any action by the Department of Licensing entered on the school bus driver's driving record, instead of only license suspensions or revocations.
