   On page 11, beginning on line 34, after "RCW 41.56.122," strike all text through "center" on page 12, line 2 and insert the following:

   "the state shall deduct an annual representation fee of four dollars per child enrolled in the child care center, regardless of whether or not the child's care is subsidized, from the child care subsidies due to the child care center"

EFFECT: Specifies that the representation fee shall be $4 per child rather than an amount negotiated by the Governor and the representative of the bargaining unit.
