On page 2, after line 25, insert the following:
"(c) Employees of the department appointed to serve on the wildlife rehabilitation advisory committee may not comprise more than thirty percent of the total membership of the advisory committee."

EFFECT: Limits the number of department of fish and wildlife employees on the wildlife rehabilitation advisory committee to thirty percent of the committee's total membership.
