   On page 2, after line 33, insert the following:

   "(c) The appropriate sovereign nation has entered into an interlocal agreement pursuant to chapter 39.34 RCW with appropriate county and city law enforcement agencies."

EFFECT: Requires sovereign tribal nations to enter into an interlocal agreement with appropriate city and county law enforcement as a requirement for tribal police officers to be authorized as general authority Washington state peace officers.
