   On page 3, line 36, after "respectively" insert "that shall include two faculty members at those institutions bargaining under chapter 41.76 RCW, at least one of whom shall be appointed by the exclusive collective bargaining agent. If the participating pilot institution does not bargain under chapter 41.76 RCW, then two faculty members shall be appointed by the faculty senate of that institution"

EFFECT: Requires that institutions bargaining under chapter 41.76 RCW appoint two faculty representatives to the institutional performance agreement bargaining team, at least one of whom is appointed by the exclusive collective bargaining agent. At institutions that don't bargain under chapter 41.76 RCW, the faculty senate will appoint two members.
