   On page 3, after line 5, insert the following:

   "(ii) Beginning one year after the effective date of this section, the rate of tax will be expressed in dollars and cents and must be one hundred percent of the tax imposed by the state under chapter 82.24 RCW for the period of the agreement."

EFFECT: Makes the tribal cigarette tax rate 100% of the state tax rate beginning one year after the effective date of the section.
