   On page 25, line 18, increase the general fund--state appropriation for FY 09 by $55,000.

   On page 26, Line, 24, correct the total.

   On page 42, after line 30, insert the following:

   "(74) $55,000 of the general fund--state appropriation for fiscal year 2009 is provided solely for a grant to the Kitsap county drug court."

EFFECT: Increases funding in the Department of Community, Trade, and Economic Development for a grant to the Kitsap County drug court.

FISCAL IMPACT:

Increases General Fund-State by $55,000.
