   On page 25, line 18, increase the general fund--state appropriation for FY 2009 by $1,505,000.

   On page 26, line 24, correct the total.

   On page 29, line 12, strike "(($1,935,000)) $430,000" and insert "$1,935,000"

EFFECT: Restores fiscal year 2009 funding in the Department of Community, Trade, and Economic Development for the Entrepreneurial Stars Program to the level appropriated in the enacted 2007 operating budget.

FISCAL IMPACT:

Increases General Fund-State by $1,505,000.
