EFFECT: The appropriations to the House of Representatives and the Senate for fiscal years 2008 and 2009 to contract for an independent economic and actuarial analysis of heath care reform proposals addressing affordability, quality and access to health care in Washington are removed. The appropriations to the Office of Financial Management for fiscal years 2008 and 2009 to arrange public meetings to gather input on health care options are removed.

FISCAL IMPACT:

Reduces General Fund-State by $1,276,000.
