   On page 199, line 13, reduce the general fund-state appropriation for fiscal year 2009 by $145,000.

   On page 199, line 16, correct the total.

   On page 201, beginning on line 26, strike all of subsection (x).

   Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Eliminates funding for the Washington State University Urban Integrated Pest Management Program to provide technical assistance to school districts working towards Integrated Pest Management (IPM) STAR certification.

FISCAL IMPACT:

Reduces General Fund-State by $145,000.
