   On page 60, line 6, increase the general fund--state appropriation for fiscal year 2009 by $500,000.

   On page 60, line 20, correct the total.

   On page 62, line 2, after "(($1,000,000))" strike "$1,500,000" and insert "$2,000,000"

EFFECT: Funding to the Military Department is increased for fiscal year 2009 to support the Washington Information Network (WIN) 211 system.

FISCAL IMPACT:

Increases General Fund-State by $500,000.
