   On page 21, line 10, increase the state building construction account--state by $4,500,000

   On page 21, line 13, correct the total

EFFECT: Decreases the state bonds appropriation for the Housing Trust Fund by $4.5 million, and increases the appropriation for the Quincy Water Treatment System by $4.5 million.

   FISCAL IMPACT: No net change to appropriated levels.
