   On page 5, after line 29, insert

   "(d) Recommendations on how projects funded by the green energy incentive account in RCW 11.110.050 may be used to expand the electrical transmission infrastructure into urban and rural areas of the state for purposes of allowing the recharging of plug-in hybrid electric vehicles;"

   Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Requires the DOE to make recommendations on how to expand the electrical transmission infrastructure into urban and rural areas for the purposes of allowing the recharging of plug-in hybrid electric vehicles.
