   On page 4, beginning on line 13 of the striking amendment, after "equal to" strike all material through "forfeiture" on line 17 and insert "ninety percent of the net proceeds of any conveyances forfeited during the preceding calendar year"

EFFECT: Requires ninety percent of the net proceeds of forfeited conveyances to be deposited into the Prostitution Prevention and Intervention Account (instead of the greater of 10% of the net proceeds or the net proceeds minus the administrative costs of the seizure).
