   On page 1, line 20 of the amendment, after "revenue," strike all material through "funds;" on line 22

   On page 1, line 28 of the amendment, after "construction of" strike "a single string of"

   On page 1, line 30 of the amendment, after "lanes" strike ";" and insert ", and additional lanes or dedicated right-of-way for high-capacity transportation without additional retrofitting or construction; and"

   On page 2, line 1 of the amendment, after "(c)" strike all material through "(d)" on line 3

   Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively

EFFECT:

•     Adds a requirement that the SR 520 bridge replacement and HOV project must provide 6 total lanes and be designed to provide additional lanes or right-of-way for high-capacity transportation without additional retrofitting or construction.

•     Removes references to preconstruction tolling.

•     Removes the requirement that the SR 520 bridge replacement and HOV project finance plan recognize savings from a single string of pontoons.

•     Adds a requirement that the SR 520 bridge replacement and HOV project finance plan recognize the savings from the early construction of pontoons that support 6 total lanes and additional lanes or right-of-way for high-capacity transportation without additional retrofitting or construction.
