   On page 1, after line 15, insert the following:

   "The legislature finds that the state must take the necessary steps to move forward with a state route number 520 bridge replacement project design that provides six total lanes, with four general purpose lanes and two lanes that are for high-occupancy vehicle travel and can accommodate high capacity transportation, and that the bridge shall be built to provide for additional capacity in the future with out additional retrofitting or construction."

EFFECT: Adds intent language stating that the replacement state route 520 bridge must provide six total lanes and be built to provide for additional capacity in the future without additional retrofitting or construction.
