   On page 4, after line 31, insert the following:

   "(c) The attorney general shall defend a governing board in actions filed pursuant to subsection (3)(b) of this section."

EFFECT: Requires the Attorney General to defend a governing board in an action challenging the lawfulness of an executive session.
