   On page 4, after line 31, insert the following:

   "(c) Any attorneys fees or court costs incurred by a governing board related to a challenge under subsection (3)(b) of this section shall be submitted to the office of financial management for payment."

EFFECT: Requires the Office of Financial Management to pay the attorneys fees and court costs incurred by a governing board in defense of a challenge regarding the lawfulness of an executive session.
