   On page 3, line 22 of the amendment, after "RCW 43.135.055." insert "The department shall use fees set under this subsection only for the administration of RCW 43.22.335 through 43.22.490."

EFFECT: Specifies that fees set by the department of labor and industries for the program that investigates, inspects, and audits assembled, mobile, and manufactured homes must be used exclusively for the administration of the program.
