   On page 16, line 33, after "exceed" strike "fifty" and insert "((fifty)) thirty-three"

   On page 16, line 35, after "up to" strike "fifty" and insert "((fifty)) thirty-three"

   On page 18, at the beginning of line 20, strike "one-third" and insert "((one-third))one-fourth"

EFFECT: Reduces the maximum amount of earned release that an offender may earn from 50% to 33%. Reduces the amount of earned release an offender who is not subject to other specified amounts of earned release may earn from one-third to one-fourth of the total sentence.
