   On page 36, line 4, after "compensation" insert "if the offender was convicted of an offense other than a sex offense. If the offender was convicted of a sex offense, the amount shall be fifteen percent"

   On page 37, line 27, after "compensation" insert "for offenders convicted of an offense other than a sex offense and fifteen percent for offenders convicted of a sex offense"

   On page 37, line 35, after "compensation" insert "for offenders convicted of an offense other than a sex offense and fifteen percent for offenders convicted of a sex offense"

   On page 42, line 17, after "compensation" insert "if the offender was convicted of an offense other than a sex offense. If the offender was convicted of a sex offense, the amount shall be fifteen percent"

EFFECT: Increases the amount of deductions taken from funds received by an inmate convicted of a sex offense for the crime victims' compensation fund from 5% to 15%.
