   On page 6, line 6, after "damages" strike all material through "immunity" on line 11 and insert "resulting from any act or omission in the provision of supervision or community custody unless the act or omission constitutes gross negligence. This section does not create any duty and shall not be construed to create a duty where none exists"

EFFECT: Replaces the immunity language for limited jurisdiction courts providing supervision with the same immunity language as is provided for supervision or community custody. The new language provides immunity for any act or omission occurring during the provision of supervision or community custody.
