   On page 18, after line 18, insert the following:

   "(c) Notwithstanding any other provisions of this section, in the case of an offender who is convicted of a felony offense committed during confinement or while on community custody, and when the offender is participating in an individual reentry plan or has previously participated in a reentry plan, the aggregate earned release time may not exceed ten percent."

   Reletter the subsection consecutively and correct the internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Limits the amount of earned release an offender may earn to 10% of the offender's sentence if the offender is convicted of a felony offense committed during confinement or while on community custody, and when the offender is participating in an individual reentry plan or has previously participated in a reentry plan.
