   On page 1, line 15, after "ferry." insert "Violations of this section are not part of the vehicle driver's driving record under RCW 46.52.101 and 46.52.120."

EFFECT: Violations of the prohibitions on blocking residential driveways and moving in front of another vehicle in a queue waiting to board a ferry created by the act are not part of the driver's driving record.
