   On page 1, at the beginning of line 6, insert "(1)"

   On page 2, after line 15, insert:

   "(2) Subsection (1) of this section does not apply to a driver of a motor vehicle intending to board the Keller Ferry on State Route 21."

EFFECT: Exempts drivers waiting to board the Keller Ferry on SR 21 from the penalties imposed by the act.
