   On page 3, line 16 of the amendment, after "Washington." insert the following: "The certification process developed shall be compliant with the requirements of the no child left behind act of 2001 (P.L. 107-110)."

EFFECT: Requires the agreed certification process to be compliant with the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001.
