   On page 1, line 8, after "office." insert "All political advertising by candidates using public funds to finance their respective campaigns for local office shall include a statement that reads "Paid for at taxpayers' expense" and that identifies the respective city that is using public funds to finance such political campaigns."

EFFECT: Requires that all political candidates for local office who receive public funds to finance their political campaigns must include a statement that reads "Paid for at taxpayers' expense" and identifies the city providing funds to such campaigns.
