   On page 5, line 36, after "must" insert "be known or shown through an interactive process to exist in fact and must"

   On page 6, line 8, strike "substantial if it has more than" and insert "not substantial if it has only"

EFFECT: Provides that for purposes of reasonable accommodations in employment an impairment must exist in fact and may not merely be perceived as an impairment. Also provides that for those same reasonable accommodations purposes an impairment will not meet the "substantially limiting effect" requirement if it has only a trivial effect on the individual's ability to perform his or her job.
