   On page 4, line 10, after "within" strike "two years" and insert "one year"

EFFECT: Allows the Director of the Department of Labor and Industries to waive the one year time limit for filing a claim for industrial insurance benefits when a complaint or allegation of claim suppression is filed within one year (instead of two years) of the worker's accident or exposure.
