   On page 1, beginning on line 3 of the striking amendment, strike all of section 1

   Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

   On page 3, after line 13 of the striking amendment, insert the following:

   "(4) This section expires June 30, 2013."

   On page 3, beginning on line 14 of the striking amendment, strike all of section 3

EFFECT: Eliminates the changes to the definition section. Eliminates the expiration date for the entire act. Imposes an expiration date for section 2 of the act.
