   On page 13, beginning on line 30 of the amendment, strike all of Sections 22 and 23

   Renumber the sections consecutively, correct any internal references accordingly, and correct the title.

   On page 14, beginning on line 18 of the amendment, strike all of Section 25

   Renumber the sections consecutively, correct any internal references accordingly, and correct the title.

EFFECT: Strikes sections:

(1) authorizing the director of the Department of Labor and Industries to make loans from the Supplemental Pension Fund to the Family Leave Insurance Account;

(2) modifying the permissible purposes of the Supplemental Pension Fund; and

(3) appropriating up to $18 million from the Family Leave Insurance Account to the Department of Labor and Industries for the initial administration of the family leave insurance program.
