EFFECT: Exempts minors receiving compensation for personally rendered sexual conduct from the definition of "advances commercial sexual abuse of a minor" for purposes of the crime of Promoting Sexual Abuse of a Minor (the underlying striking amendment exempts all minors from the definition).
