   On page 1, line 14 of the striking amendment, after "representatives" insert ". At least one industry representative shall be from a county that has a contiguous border with another state"

   On page 1, line 18 of the striking amendment, after "representatives" insert ". At least one labor representative shall be from a county that has a contiguous border with another state"

   On page 26, line 10 of the striking amendment, after "mountains" insert ", and of which at least one shall be a certified HVAC/R mechanic from a county that has a contiguous border with another state"

   On page 26, line 17 of the striking amendment, after "mountains" insert ", and of which at least one shall be an HVAC/R contractor from a county that has a contiguous border with another state"

EFFECT: Requires that task force members include at least one industry representative and at least one labor representative from border counties.

Requires that HVAC/R Board members include at least one HVAC/R mechanic and at least one HVAC/R contractor from border counties.
