   Renumber the remaining sections and part headings consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Removes the civil penalty authority of a local health officer for violations of regulations regarding on-site sewage disposal systems. Removes the requirement that the state board of health adopt rules for on-site sewage disposal systems with design flows of less than 3,500 gallons per day.
