   On page 2, line 36, after "1990", strike "levels;" and insert "levels, which equals seventy-eight million five hundred thousand metric tons of carbon dioxide equivalent emissions;"

EFFECT: Provides the amount of the greenhouse gases emissions reduction goal for 1990 in million metric tons of carbon dioxide equivalent emissions.
