   Renumber the remaining section consecutively and correct internal references accordingly.

   Correct the title.

EFFECT: Removes the requirement that the Utilities and Transportation Commission adopt policies to allow investor-owned utilities to receive an incremental two percent rate of return on common equity for investments in distributed generation and energy efficiency. Removes the Public Utility Tax (PUT) credit for consumer-owned utilities that is equal to two percent of investments in distributed generation or energy efficiency improvements.
