On page 2, after line 27 of the amendment, insert the following:
     "Together with those tidelands and bedlands lying southerly, westerly, or northerly of said Vashon Island which are fronting any portion of Puget Sound, including any portion of Dalco or Colvos Passages, between Neill Point and Point Dalco, between Point Dalco and Vashon Point, or between Vashon Point and Dolphin Point;"
