On page 5, beginning on line 27 of the amendment, after "with" strike "an equal or greater extractable mineral resource" and insert "a comparable mineral resource having a significantly equitable value"
EFFECT: Changes the intent of the legislature from finding a greater or equal mineral resource to that on the uplands adjacent to the Maury Island Aquatic Reserve to finding a comparable resource of equitable value.
