EFFECT: Changes the date after which the Commissioner of Public Lands can allow industrial activities associated with the Maury Island Aquatic Reserve from February 1, 2009, to November 1, 2007, and moves the date by which the Department of Natural Resources must locate an alternative location from October 1, 2007, to August 1, 2007.
