(c) An inmate who is confined as a result of an offense that was
committed on or after the effective date of this act who consistently
fails to meet inmate behavior standards and program goals is not
qualified to receive earned release"
EFFECT: Limits the earned release an inmate may earn if the inmate is confined as a result of an offense that was committed on or after the effective date of this act and consistently fails to meet inmate behavior standards and program goals.
