On page 46, line 36, after "time" strike "of collection" and insert "the loan is disbursed until the loan is fully paid"
EFFECT: Requires a loan recorded against an inmate participating in the Postsecondary Education Degree Loan Program to accrue interest from the time the loan is disbursed until the loan is fully paid, instead of from the time of collection.
