On page 47, line 2, after "section." insert "Loan limits under this section shall be a maximum of two thousand six hundred twenty-five dollars for the first year and three thousand five hundred dollars for the second year."
EFFECT: Limits postsecondary education degree loan program loans an offender may obtain to a maximum of $2,625 for the first year and $3,500 for the second year.
