On page 18, after line 15, insert the following:
"(10) If an offender does not successfully complete a program
required under his or her individual reentry plan, the offender must
reimburse the department for the full cost expended by the department
for the time the inmate was participating in the program."
EFFECT: Requires an offender to reimburse the DOC for the costs expended by the DOC for the offender's participation in the Individual Reentry Plan (IRP) programming if the offender does not successfully complete a program required under his or her IRP.
