On page 18, after line 15, insert the following:
"(10) An individual reentry plan may not be used as the basis of
liability against state government entities, or its officers or
employees."
EFFECT: Prohibits an individual reentry plan from being used as the basis of liability against state government entities, or its officers or employees.
